Jens-Ola Lund made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ticho Paya sent off a good shot on target. In the 4th match minute, Cusco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Llantada to maneuver through the defense. The Skates's Alex Ödmann got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens-Ola Lund made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Franco Molina sent off a good shot on target. After 8 minutes, Matias Gorron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cusco FC and the The Skates players grew even worse after the yellow card. Matias Gorron hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the game, Jonas Muñana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cusco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Skates the free kick. In the 14th minute, Alex Ödmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute of the match, Ticho Paya got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jens-Ola Lund was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Christian Hedling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Degas in the 22nd minute of play forced Cusco FC's goalkeeper Inge Tuero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes The Skates got a freekick which was hit by Harry Larsson. Inge Tuero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Degas in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Ödmann in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inge Tuero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Inge Tuero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After taking down the ball on The Skates's corner Alex Ödmann fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Inge Tuero quite easily take care of the ball. Alex Ödmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Tuero having to interfere. Inge Tuero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Larsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Edgar Degas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Tuero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Degas in the 39th minute of play forced Cusco FC's goalkeeper Inge Tuero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Rodriguez Baptiste took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jens-Ola Lund to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, The Skates's Jens-Ola Lund got control of the ball when Ticho Paya tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodriguez Baptiste stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fritz Lindqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Inge Tuero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harry Larsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Inge Tuero made a huge save. Alex Ödmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Tuero having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Hedling came free, but Inge Tuero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cusco FC's zone, Alex Ödmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inge Tuero came out of the goal and Alex Ödmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgar Degas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Tuero having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Franco Molina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Degas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Inge Tuero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Christian Hedling fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Skates's protests and gave Christian Hedling a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to The Skates getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Christian Hedling hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ticho Paya in the 72nd minute of play forced The Skates's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Lund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inge Tuero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Degas in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Cusco FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Rodas Alfaro hit a great ball. Edgar Degas in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Inge Tuero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Edgar Degas put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Inge Tuero. In the 84th minute Ismael Llantada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Franco Molina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens-Ola Lund. The Skates's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franco Molina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Inge Tuero didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 91st minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. The supporters of Cusco FC booed when The Skates was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Hedling didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. The Skates walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
