Mainumby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Armada Buscapina the free kick. The supporters of La Armada Buscapina booed when Mainumby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Gizon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Papaggelatos might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guaberto Cucao. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Papaggelatos ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Papaggelatos got free with Guaberto Cucao in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guaberto Cucao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Papaggelatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Alejandro Papaggelatos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, 贺剑永 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mainumby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejandro Papaggelatos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. La Armada Buscapina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denílson Ronaldinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The La Armada Buscapina fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when La Armada Buscapina's Denílson Ronaldinho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Guaberto Cucao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mainumby players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for La Armada Buscapina.
