Lázaro Odon made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Cresitobalo Rilo sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to ESQUIU FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Osvaldo Quin hit a great ball. After 6 played minutes, Cusco FC's Carlos Zambrano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lázaro Odon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cusco FC reached it. Johan Schönberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Evarado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Quin charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osvaldo Quin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ESQUIU FC's Osvaldo Quin got a free kick in the 12th minute. The supporters of Cusco FC booed when ESQUIU FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Gonsalve didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to ESQUIU FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Pastor Gonsalve hit a great ball. Elorri Uruñuela received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lázaro Odon came out and tried to block the shot, but Elorri Uruñuela slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Cresitobalo Rilo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of ESQUIU FC's Lázaro Odon. Lázaro Odon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ESQUIU FC's Lázaro Odon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save ESQUIU FC from getting a goal against them. Gabon Salantes scored 4-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lázaro Odon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Gabon Salantes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lázaro Odon. ESQUIU FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabon Salantes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Narciso Ekain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ESQUIU FC's Eustacio Furtado got a free kick in the 52nd minute. ESQUIU FC's Lázaro Odon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cresitobalo Rilo in the 53rd minute of play. Lázaro Odon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cresitobalo Rilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, ESQUIU FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabon Salantes came free, but Lázaro Odon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Odon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cresitobalo Rilo's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cresitobalo Rilo in the 63rd minute of play forced ESQUIU FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Odon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lázaro Odon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabon Salantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Cusco FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Maria Coronado hit a great ball. Lázaro Odon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cresitobalo Rilo in the 71st minute of the match. After 73 minutes of play, Cusco FC's Gabon Salantes made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lázaro Odon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elorri Uruñuela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the game, Matias Oskarbi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ESQUIU FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cusco FC the free kick. After 78 played minutes ESQUIU FC got a freekick which was hit by Matias Oskarbi. A sloppy throw-in by Eustacio Furtado in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cusco FC's Mincho Andinyach. Cusco FC's Emanuele Morelli managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matias Oskarbi in the 89 minute of the game. Johan Schönberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Ekain in the 92nd minute of the match. Cusco FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
