Crusaders's Ernest Paddle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Zbydniowski in the 3rd minute of play. The corner ended in Rutger Morat almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Crusaders's Ernest Paddle did a great save. With a little luck, Bright's 郝泉文 got control of the ball when Eustacio Astrada tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute Rutger Morat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Paddle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 郝泉文 made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Todd Morrison sent off a good shot on target. Julien Zbydniowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 程铮政 in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernest Paddle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Bright fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Bright's 程铮政 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humphrey Virgin in the 24th minute of play forced Bright's goalkeeper 郝泉文 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes Bright's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Humphrey Virgin who took care of the corner kick. Ernest Paddle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rutger Morat's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Ernest Paddle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İzzettin Çağili in the 32nd minute of play. When Bright's İzzettin Çağili in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crusaders's goalie prevented a goal. 35 minutes into the game, Crusaders's Todd Morrison nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 郝泉文 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 38th match minute, Bright was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 沈珂彬 to maneuver through the defense. Todd Morrison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. 郝泉文 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Crusaders's goal looked a bit too open when Rutger Morat came free, but Ernest Paddle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Crusaders's goalkeeper Ernest Paddle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44thth minute of the game 程铮政 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crusaders's Ernest Paddle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th match minute, Crusaders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Alonso to maneuver through the defense. 郝泉文 was a little too slow when Todd Morrison got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İzzettin Çağili made a kick off. Bright's 郝泉文 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Todd Morrison in the 53rd minute of play. 郝泉文 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todd Morrison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, Bright's Rutger Morat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernest Paddle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 沈珂彬 hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Crusaders's Nath Hislop was substituted for Todd Morrison. After a rather tough play, Bright's 沈珂彬 got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 郝泉文 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humphrey Virgin in the 66th minute of play. Ernest Paddle made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when 程铮政 sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute of the match, İzzettin Çağili got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ernest Paddle was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 76th match minute, Crusaders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Alonso to maneuver through the defense. Crusaders's Ernest Paddle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Crusaders from getting a goal against them. After 82 minutes of play, Bright's 程铮政 made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernest Paddle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bright's Rutger Morat got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Humphrey Virgin kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Julien Zbydniowski struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Ernest Paddle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bright. 95 minutes into the game, İzzettin Çağili cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Ernest Paddle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
