Chupan Moco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mantzio Mena in the 7th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mantzio Mena in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chupan Moco saved La Armada Buscapina from getting behind. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Pinar's goalkeeper Ni Tian Peng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ni Tian Peng came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by La Armada Buscapina's Alejandro Papaggelatos. But to his dismay, Alejandro Papaggelatos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd play minute Ronaldo Feloaga came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Chupan Moco. 1-1. With an all-out effort, El Pinar's Chupan Moco threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Süreyya Uzer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Estebano Lecanda in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chupan Moco saved La Armada Buscapina from getting behind. Alejandro Papaggelatos scored 1-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ni Tian Peng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Fredrik Holden in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Armada Buscapina's Liev Tolstoy. In the 37th minute, Alejandro Papaggelatos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Armada Buscapina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The audience was convinced that Alejandro Papaggelatos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ni Tian Peng was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. The supporters of El Pinar booed when La Armada Buscapina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elano Negro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Alejandro Papaggelatos made a precise shot to the right of Ni Tian Peng. El Pinar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Estebano Lecanda to strike the kick off in the second half. Chupan Moco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Estebano Lecanda in the 52nd minute of the match. Chupan Moco came out of the goal and Ronaldo Feloaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Candido Ibañez got free with Ni Tian Peng in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chupan Moco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Süreyya Uzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrik Kock got a throw-in 87 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mantzio Mena. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Pinar's goalkeeper Ni Tian Peng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 92nd minute Süreyya Uzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chupan Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredrik Holden made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mantzio Mena however managed to control. La Armada Buscapina's Chupan Moco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toma Merlushkin in the 95th minute of play. Denílson Ronaldinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ni Tian Peng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Armada Buscapina eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
