Falckner FC's Loco De la Maza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Falckner FC from getting a goal against them. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Vialli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by DINAMO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olaf Ciempa was slow to take the kick. During this time Falckner FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Olaf Ciempa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil did a great save. In the 26th minute Gianluca Vialli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Gianluca Vialli came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Otávio Penha made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Costel Decuseară immediately put the ball in play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind DINAMO's goalkeeper Ysmael Marfil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Costel Decuseară fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DINAMO's protests and gave Costel Decuseară a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Costel Decuseară hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Vialli in the 46th minute of play. The DINAMO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Falckner FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gianluca Vialli to strike the kick off in the second half. Octavio Gorosti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ysmael Marfil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 77th match minute, Falckner FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Bilbo to maneuver through the defense. Octavio Gorosti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Gorosti got free with Ysmael Marfil in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the match, Moise Vlădean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Loco De la Maza. Falckner FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moise Vlădean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 90th minute of the match Falckner FC got a corner. DINAMO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olaf Ciempa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Olaf Ciempa made a great header on Falckner FC's corner, it was just that DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil managed to reach the ball for a save. 92 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Gorosti came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
