When Geronimo Salomone, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 14 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Roberto Eztebe was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Salomone in the 16th minute of play. After 16th play minutes Godofredo Remigio shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Roberto Eztebe and just under the crossbar into goal. 19 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's Dawid Beckham sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olavo Henriques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olavo Henriques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Godofredo Remigio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Remigio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Arif Evvel didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Salomone in the 47th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The crowd rose to their feet as AFC FUSION's Christoff Stocks slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olavo Henriques. That made the score 4-1 after 96 minutes of play. Racing Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
