After having played for 4 minutes, Ruben Iglesias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YerBaTerOs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Iglesias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Villegas Villagarcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 6th minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Iglesias in the 7th minute of play. After 7 minutes of play, YerBaTerOs's Ruben Iglesias made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! YerBaTerOs's Ruben Iglesias got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Chicote during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Venezuela's Alex Chicote managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Héctor Gordon in the 22 minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Ruben Iglesias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 29th minute, Ruben Iglesias fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When YerBaTerOs's Ruben Iglesias in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rd minute of the match YerBaTerOs got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ascencio Puente ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ruben Iglesias succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 35th playminute. Ruben Iglesias scored 5-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Ruben Iglesias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 6-0. Ruben Iglesias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. YerBaTerOs's Lucio Bruna was substituted for Héctor Gordon. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Bruna took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. YerBaTerOs's Lucio Bruna got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by YerBaTerOs's Loco Fondos. But to his dismay, Loco Fondos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Andres Anguciana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Andres Anguciana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match YerBaTerOs got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ascencio Puente ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ascencio Puente almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. After having played for 82 minutes, Lucio Bruna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YerBaTerOs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Bruna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Andres Anguciana made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Andres Anguciana took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. The supporters of YerBaTerOs booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ascencio Puente struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YerBaTerOs.
