The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Mexico:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ:s goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Luisinho Xande. In the 54th minute, Lautaro Mancebo made a precise shot to the right of Tao Yu Qing. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Akşemseddin Uysal in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Tao Yu Qing came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Luca Rouco made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Joel Gaona immediately put the ball in play. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's Akşemseddin Uysal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Tao Yu Qing managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
