The Feios Porcos E Maus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Aveiro in the 18th minute of play. Julio Vera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristóvão Telinhos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Feios Porcos E Maus's Alexandre Aveiro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antero Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Gisbert in the 33rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Antero Linhares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquim Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 69th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antero Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristóvão Telinhos in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Feios Porcos E Maus's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antero Linhares came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Joaquim Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Feios Porcos E Maus's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Antero Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antero Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Feios Porcos E Maus's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Antero Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Takis Parlapidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Feios Porcos E Maus were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
