Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Pavao Zadro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th match minute, Lobos de Carelia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Laurendi to maneuver through the defense. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Montrel in the 10th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Laurendi. After 13 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Cortez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor Cortez. Nestor Cortez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Lorenzo Cazalla kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Lobos de Carelia were awarded a corner. Xu Ran Zhen went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Xiao Xiang Ling heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 35th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavao Zadro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Nestor Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Facundo Cadaval took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Nestor Cortez to make any attempt to save it. In the 59th minute, Saul Montrel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nestor Cortez could save by the left post. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Joel Gaona fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. With a little luck, Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Lobos de Carelia's Cristobal Lia was substituted for Pavao Zadro. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Perico, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Cristobal Lia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
