Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Monte Susanin in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Monte Susanin sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Gogo Hondo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monte Susanin in the 34th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Wang Kun Yang hit a great ball. 97 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Sayvion came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the The Old Boys players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
