Nikita Gudkov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 20th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikita Gudkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veniamin Markov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristiano Levandovskiy. After a rather tough play, Unica FC's Oleg Efremov got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The Unica FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-2.

Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Levandovskiy in the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Aybar Bayezit came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nikita Gudkov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Unica FC's Filipp Karyuhin got a free kick in the 94th minute.
