Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Peep Pronk started the match with the kick off. Fulgencio Eyague showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Luz Tejedor made a precise shot to the right of Fulgencio Eyague. AC LeX Luthor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 13th minute, Peep Pronk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC LeX Luthor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peep Pronk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Fulgencio Eyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 19th minute of play. The corner ended in Alonso Berganza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague did a great save. It was a well-played corner which Alonso Berganza managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 27th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the AC LeX Luthor defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Eyague. The AC LeX Luthor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Eyague should have stopped the shot. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Silvestre Semeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the AC LeX Luthor defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fulgencio Eyague. The AC LeX Luthor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fulgencio Eyague should have stopped the shot. Eliseo Mina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulgencio Eyague read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of AC LeX Luthor's goalie and right to Julian Murillo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. AC LeX Luthor's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Fulgencio Eyague, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvestre Semeno kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milagros Fraga in the 56th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Fulgencio Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peep Pronk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, AC LeX Luthor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Yepes to maneuver through the defense. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulgencio Eyague read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. After having played for 71 minutes, Isidro Oliviero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC LeX Luthor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Oliviero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidro Oliviero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of AC LeX Luthor booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alonso Berganza hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Isidro Oliviero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Peru booed when AC LeX Luthor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Porfiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 played minutes AC LeX Luthor got a freekick which was hit by Otto Tenno. 94 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Fulgencio Eyague threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Eliseo Mina this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Gallo in the 95th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Fulgencio Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Gallo got in the 96th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Fulgencio Eyague handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The Peru fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Peru's Rafael Gallo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AC LeX Luthor throughout the match.
