Kenneth Libesoons was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Uriel Sesuldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Shi Ming's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Shi Ming tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shi Ming, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Axel Montenegro sped through Terremoto FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kenneth Libesoons. Kenneth Libesoons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Isidoro Buinton kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Terremoto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Macedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Terremoto FC's Jeremias Macedo. But to his dismay, Jeremias Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Benicio Sugar kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascual Carballar got free with Kenneth Libesoons in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the match, Jeremias Macedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremias Macedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3.
