Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Hannes Jamieson could shoot a difficult shot in the 3rd minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urmas Känsäkangas having to interfere. After 10 minutes SK Gullegem's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Hannes Jamieson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Atarratze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Urmas Känsäkangas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 24th minute of play. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urmas Känsäkangas having to interfere. In the 29th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmas Känsäkangas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bram Jamieson in the 30th minute of the match. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Gullegem's goalkeeper Urmas Känsäkangas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias-Alexander Jamieson came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urmas Känsäkangas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by SK Gullegem's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SK Gullegem's Urmas Känsäkangas did a great save. After 42 minutes, Jacky Jamieson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SK Gullegem and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, SK Gullegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacky Jamieson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of SK Gullegem booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hannes Jamieson to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in SK Gullegem's zone, Luca Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urmas Känsäkangas came out of the goal and Luca Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Urmas Känsäkangas made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Urmas Känsäkangas. That made the score 0-2 in the 58 minute of play. Urmas Känsäkangas made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias-Alexander Jamieson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias-Alexander Jamieson in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmas Känsäkangas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute of the match Mexico got a corner. SK Gullegem's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Alberto Tafalla heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias-Alexander Jamieson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after SK Gullegem's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 88th minute of play forced SK Gullegem's goalkeeper Urmas Känsäkangas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SK Gullegem.
