Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Venezuela booed when Walla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaviedes Lariz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Machado Vielva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 31st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonel De Bruyne went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Venezuela's Alex Chicote quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alex Bolimburu, made in the 45th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Luiz Guilherme Toscano firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Camilo Gaos fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Camilo Gaos a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos.
