In the 9th minute, Gaspar Montxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Raimond Lenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Piratas FC's Constantino Idacio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-1 after 17 minutes of play. Roman Steven could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Constantino Idacio took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. In the 26th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimond Lenk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raimond Lenk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Piratas FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Esteban Iztal hit a great ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raimond Lenk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 44th match minute, Piratas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Iztal to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. 71 minutes in the game Angelo Rolado did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nunez Hernandez. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Roman Steven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Roman Steven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute Constantino Idacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czeslaw Bochynski scored 3-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Raimond Lenk in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute of the match Amadeo Francesco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. Raimond Lenk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 88th minute. After 89 minutes Piratas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk did a great save. 89 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Mina. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Idacio in the 96th minute of the match.
