Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Astor Amor took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Sabino in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Club A.Douglas Haig getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Reynaldo Ignatius hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Ubelteso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Reynaldo Ignatius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorio Ubelteso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Panama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Alguacil in the 33rd minute. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Alex Cambeiro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club A.Douglas Haig's Victorio Ubelteso. Victorio Ubelteso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Club A.Douglas Haig getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Astor Amor hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Club A.Douglas Haig's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Victorio Ubelteso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 minutes of play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victorio Ubelteso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Reynaldo Ignatius kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Victorio Ubelteso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. After the first half Panama were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Berganza got free with Victorio Ubelteso in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Victorio Ubelteso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abraham Alguacil scored 0-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victorio Ubelteso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorio Ubelteso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute, Astor Amor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club A.Douglas Haig fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Ubelteso having to interfere. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Victorio Ubelteso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Club A.Douglas Haig's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tomas Berganza 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Victorio Ubelteso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Miralles, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Victorio Ubelteso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victorio Ubelteso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Panama's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
