Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Márcio Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gu Zhan Wei didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Panama's Tomas Berganza shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match, Anton Bengtsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Cotilla saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 26thth minute of the game Isidoro Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Santista CIMZ's Gu Zhan Wei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Academia Santista CIMZ's Márcio Almeida came free and shot a quick shot against goal 31 minutes in the game, fortunately Marcos Cotilla had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Gu Zhan Wei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 played minutes Academia Santista CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Maurício Terra. 43 minutes into the game, Panama's Tomas Berganza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gu Zhan Wei made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 46th minute, Maurício Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gu Zhan Wei was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Abraham Alguacil. In the 62nd minute, Nildo de Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Santista CIMZ's Gu Zhan Wei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. Gu Zhan Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of Panama booed when Academia Santista CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Academia Santista CIMZ's Gu Zhan Wei didn't even have to move. Nildo de Salles hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gu Zhan Wei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gu Zhan Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes, Nildo de Salles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia Santista CIMZ and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Academia Santista CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nildo de Salles to maneuver through the defense. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Panama's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
