But to his dismay, Edgar de Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Becos e Vielas FC's Sun 赵光义 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 3-0 after 27 minutes of play. When Becos e Vielas FC's Edgar de Queirós in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panama's goalie prevented a goal. The Becos e Vielas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Becos e Vielas FC made a substitution. Mazinho Falcão replaced Waldir Romero. Becos e Vielas FC's Neymar Mbappè was substituted for Edgar de Queirós. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Neymar Mbappè in the 55th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sun 赵光义 in the 88th minute of play. After 94 played minutes, Becos e Vielas FC's Francesco Totti shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Becos e Vielas FC reached it. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
