Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, ATAKUM FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seyfi Canalp to maneuver through the defense. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute of the match, Güner Özguven got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Güner Özguven tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Sungur Paşa fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATAKUM FK's protests and gave Sungur Paşa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ATAKUM FK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Sungur Paşa hit a great ball. In the 18th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Oğuzalp Namal scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ATAKUM FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Açıker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Venegas charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan Venegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Armando Calisto. Mehmet Çağrı Açıker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 32nd minute of the match. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When Sungur Paşa came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the ATAKUM FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sungur Paşa couldn't finish the play. Güner Özguven could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

ATAKUM FK's Cemalettin Türkoğlu was substituted for Oğuzalp Namal. The wind increased when Güner Özguven made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sungur Paşa in the 52nd minute of the match. If Naglis Alkevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. 56 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cemalettin Türkoğlu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cemalettin Türkoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 64 played minutes ATAKUM FK got a freekick which was hit by Cemalettin Türkoğlu. Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mehmet Çağrı Açıker firmly grabbed it by the left post. ATAKUM FK's Mehmet Çağrı Açıker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Jonathan Venegas off the ground. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cemalettin Türkoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute Güner Özguven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 minutes of play, ATAKUM FK's Sungur Paşa made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! The corner led ATAKUM FK's Armando Calisto to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A throw-in in the 96th minute of the game was made by Seyfi Canalp with Bircan Ergünay as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
