After having played for 5 minutes, Thorkil Husig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jurupeba FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thorkil Husig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorkil Husig in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute Thorkil Husig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Minchev in the 15th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thorkil Husig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Beto Breckenfeld was slow to take the kick. During this time Jurupeba FC's players had a chance to rest. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Breckenfeld in the 25th minute of play. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Breckenfeld in the 27th minute of play. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Breckenfeld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thorkil Husig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39thth minute of the game Beto Breckenfeld who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Thorkil Husig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Germano. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thorkil Husig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beto Breckenfeld in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Germano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eustaquio Jaizki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Fabrício Falcão made a huge save. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Minchev in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Jurupeba FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fabrício Falcão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beto Breckenfeld. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorkil Husig, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute.
