With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Socorro in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arsenio Rudolfo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 37 minute of play. Rogelio Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Jose Correa's late challenge caught a Filial Los Canarios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Correa helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. The supporters of Filial Los Canarios booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Filial Los Canarios.
