The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Tomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 11 played minutes, La Scaloneta's Sergio Agüero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Justo Dino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Scaloneta reached it. La Scaloneta's Segundo Birila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Salvatore in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes, Guillermo Iago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Scaloneta and the αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Iago. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Louis in the 26th minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Segundo Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Justo Dino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ from getting a goal against them. After 28 minutes αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sergio Agüero who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to La Scaloneta's Jacobo Jax getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Iago in the 30th minute of play forced αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's goalkeeper Justo Dino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, La Scaloneta's Guillermo Iago ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Justo Dino. Justo Dino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Alexis Mac Allister in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Justo Dino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexis Mac Allister got free with Justo Dino in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luisito Quentin struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Segundo Birila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexis Mac Allister was the one to do the kick off. Segundo Birila was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Desiderio Izel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 53 minute of play. After a rather tough play, αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Silvio Tomi got a free kick in the 55th minute. Fabio Omero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute Fabio Omero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Dino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, La Scaloneta's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Laureano Salvatore fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The La Scaloneta fans cheered their team off the field, for while αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
