In the 2nd minute of the game Alparslan Türkeş made a throw-in which Otsando Fierro played forward. Roman Garci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. Willian Cuesta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. In the 11th minute ARES FC DeusDeFutbol were awarded a corner. Albert Hufnagel went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Garci in the 17th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albert Hufnagel was slow to take the kick. During this time ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's players had a chance to rest. Willian Cuesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Alvarado in the 20th minute of play. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Albert Hufnagel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Moises Gayoso, made in the 21st minute of the game. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otsando Fierro in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willian Cuesta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 27th minute. The corner ended in Luz Tejedor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta did a great save. Willian Cuesta came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute of play forced ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Willian Cuesta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the ARES FC DeusDeFutbol defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willian Cuesta. The ARES FC DeusDeFutbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willian Cuesta should have stopped the shot. Otsando Fierro scored 1-3 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Willian Cuesta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 40th minute of the match. After 41 minutes ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Willian Cuesta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willian Cuesta. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Willian Cuesta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Peru's Joaquin Prats quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Albert Hufnagel, made in the 54th minute of the game. Willian Cuesta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 55th minute of the match. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Recai Nusrettin in the 57th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Recai Nusrettin, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Willian Cuesta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 64 minutes of play, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Ian Andersson made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Reinhard Apotheker was substituted for Roldan Pinto. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save ARES FC DeusDeFutbol from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willian Cuesta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alparslan Türkeş in the 75 minute of the game. In the 85th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Eliseo Mina went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Peru's Rafael Gallo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 87 minutes into the match, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Willian Cuesta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Gallo. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save ARES FC DeusDeFutbol from getting a goal against them. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Muñoz in the 88th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Muñoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Andersson in the 91st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Albert Hufnagel in the 92 minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Peru's Willian Cuesta threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rafael Gallo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 94 minutes into the match, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Willian Cuesta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Rafael Gallo took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Willian Cuesta to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Peru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
