Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After having played for 4 minutes, Ole-Gunnar Klose managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Darkness's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ole-Gunnar Klose was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Bruno Magdaleno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ole-Gunnar Klose in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 9 minutes into the game, Ole-Gunnar Klose cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 14 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Darkness players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 15th minute, took the ball on the long shot from César Montes. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Serafino Bazil capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Serafino Bazil really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Ole-Gunnar Klose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Darkness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Orland didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Mariano during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jonathan Ferrant was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rodolfo Hori. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafino Bazil got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 40th minute of the match Patricio Costa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Patricio Costa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 41st minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafino Bazil to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Darkness's Ole-Gunnar Klose sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ole-Gunnar Klose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Darkness's Nicolas Orland got a free kick in the 57th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Ole-Gunnar Klose notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bruno Magdaleno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Nicolas Orland hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 75th minute of play forced Darkness's goalkeeper Bruno Magdaleno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Darkness fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Darkness's Serafino Bazil looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Darkness's Benigno Canor was substituted for Ole-Gunnar Klose. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Bazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Darkness booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Bazil in the 89th minute of the match. When Jose Correa fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jose Correa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
