Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soriano Espiñeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Parra got free with Julio Vera in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Soriano Espiñeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play forced Navalito's goalkeeper Soriano Espiñeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Soriano Espiñeira. Navalito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 13th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soriano Espiñeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Montenegro in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Soriano Espiñeira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Felix Montenegro sped through Navalito's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Soriano Espiñeira. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nicanor Parra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After having played for 25 minutes, Nicanor Parra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Navalito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicanor Parra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Parra got free with Julio Vera in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soriano Espiñeira having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Navalito's Nicanor Parra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 1-3 after 34 minutes of play. Soriano Espiñeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 37th minute of play forced Navalito's goalkeeper Soriano Espiñeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Navalito's Soriano Espiñeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Parra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicanor Parra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlos Gustavo Caicedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicanor Parra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Navalito's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Soriano Espiñeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Parra came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Nicanor Parra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 69 minutes into the match, Nicanor Parra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Parra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Navalito's Isidoro Young was substituted for Nicanor Parra. Navalito made a substitution. Clemente Esquerra replaced Faustino Huaiquiman. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Young, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Soriano Espiñeira firmly grabbed it by the left post. Primitivo Andino made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Felix Montenegro however managed to control. Primitivo Andino's late challenge caught a Navalito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Andino helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. Eros Villamayor kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Soriano Espiñeira made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Navalito.
