Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. 麦远思 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-1 became the score in the 5th minute when Francisco Seco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 10th minute Jorge Sainz suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 麦远思 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 麦远思 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 17 minutes, Jaime Cazalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Cazalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 played minutes 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少 got a freekick which was hit by 倪洲渊. 19 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 麦远思 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 23 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少's 麦远思. 麦远思 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30thth minute of the game Francisco Seco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少's 麦远思 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 麦远思 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 33rd minute of play. 麦远思 came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Escribano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 林国朋 kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Maximiliano Escribano scored 0-7 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 麦远思, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. 麦远思 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 林国朋 to make the kick off. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少's 林国朋. But to his dismay, 林国朋 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Francisco Seco scored 1-8 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 麦远思, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 麦远思 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 58th minute. 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少's 麦远思 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少 from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with 麦远思 in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少 booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucho Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-10. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got 麦远思 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. 麦远思 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-11. 麦远思 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If 林国朋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少's goalkeeper 麦远思 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. With a little luck, 『挑战者』逆袭の枫少's 麦远思 got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uruguay's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
