The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jax Williamson made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Iwan Kasiewski sent off a good shot on target. Jan Dixon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Alaaddin Solskjær tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Dixon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alaaddin Solskjær having to make a save. Alaaddin Solskjær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Dixon in the 18th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Koby Wright's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alaaddin Solskjær was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Alaaddin Solskjær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Jax Williamson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörgen Levander in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jörgen Levander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 52nd minute of play. In the 71st minute of the match, Carter George tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alaaddin Solskjær saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luka Harris got free with Alaaddin Solskjær in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Filip Edwards came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Canada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Edwards couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, Theo Burton notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Kurdistan's Alaaddin Solskjær. Alaaddin Solskjær was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfred John could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Alaaddin Solskjær made a huge save. Canada played a much better game than FC Kurdistan and deserved their victory. The FC Kurdistan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
