Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emerson de Alcântara kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Carlos Vargas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Zé Carlos Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 12th minute of the match. Cléberson Hermes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AnÐaRaHy's Zé Carlos Vargas. Zé Carlos Vargas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emerson de Alcântara got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Emerson de Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. AnÐaRaHy's supporters rose to their feet, but Emerson de Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Carlos Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Carlos Vargas. Zé Carlos Vargas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 42 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Carlos Vargas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jacinto Campidelis charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacinto Campidelis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jacinto Campidelis hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Vargas having to interfere.

Zé Carlos Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 51st minute of play. Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Zé Carlos Vargas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zé Carlos Vargas firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 63rd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Salvador Gisbert in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AnÐaRaHy's Jacinto Campidelis. Zé Carlos Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Venezuela booed when AnÐaRaHy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói Mandrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. AnÐaRaHy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Tomas Illescas scored to the left of an out of position Zé Carlos Vargas, making the score, 0-5. In the 74th minute, AnÐaRaHy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Zé Carlos Vargas made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Zé Carlos Vargas made a huge save. In the 76th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 84th play minute Guillermo Mariano came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zé Carlos Vargas. 0-7. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Zé Carlos Vargas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AnÐaRaHy's Zé Carlos Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 95th minute of play. Venezuela's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
