Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stathis Stoltidis in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pankracy Glozor who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remigio Micael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christoffer Hesjedal kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stathis Stoltidis made a kick off. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remigio Micael. Remigio Micael dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Acereros FC made a substitution. 乔昆朗 replaced Raul Nataniel. Acereros FC's Gogo Chuse was substituted for Pankracy Glozor. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Chuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Errikos Nestoratos, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bonifacio Bidari struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acereros FC. In the 81st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Micael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute Acereros FC were awarded a corner. Errikos Nestoratos went to the cornerflag to take it. Primitivo Andino thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Julio Vera, a very annoying self made goal in the 96th minute which led to 3-1. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Acereros FC had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
