Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Primitivo Grau took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Primitivo Grau. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the match, Zhao Sen Yang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zhao Sen Yang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Zhao Sen Yang put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After having played for 14 minutes, Zhao Sen Yang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhao Sen Yang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Olov Ahlbeck, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 3-0. 23 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Primitivo Grau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Zhao Sen Yang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Zhao Sen Yang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Zhao Sen Yang sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 52nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Chiuzbaian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Zhao Sen Yang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zhao Sen Yang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 60 minutes into the match, Zhao Sen Yang notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zhao Sen Yang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Emil Wielopolski was substituted for Grigore Maghiran. The supporters of Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute Zhao Sen Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Zhao Sen Yang made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Primitivo Grau took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Zhao Sen Yang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Primitivo Grau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Primitivo Grau in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zhao Sen Yang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Zhao Sen Yang took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fully deserved thier win.
