Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Francisco Seco made the kick off which started today's match. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Africano in the 2nd minute. After taking down the ball on Alvinegro Carioca's corner Bruno Africano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joaquin Gayoso quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Kevin Carballal got a free kick in the 7th minute. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atak Sehriyar in the 9th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Franco. After having played for 22 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Gisbert hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Alvinegro Carioca's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Fiori Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Alvinegro Carioca's Bruno Africano made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Africano in the 35th minute. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uruguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bruno Africano was slow to take the kick. During this time Alvinegro Carioca's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Bruno Africano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso did a great save. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fiori Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Francisco Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fiori Koehler was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atak Sehriyar to make the kick off. Atak Sehriyar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uruguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Cazalla in the 60th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Cazalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fiori Koehler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Fiori Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Alvinegro Carioca got a freekick which was hit by Baybars-Tolgahan Balta. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Alvinegro Carioca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Africano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Cazalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fiori Koehler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaime Cazalla ran back to his position shaking his head. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Bruno Africano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Alvinegro Carioca's goalkeeper Fiori Koehler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. Fiori Koehler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Seco's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Uruguay were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Alvinegro Carioca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaime Cazalla took the corner. Guilherme Dias tried in the 81st minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Fiori Koehler a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-1. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Africano, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Fiori Koehler in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fiori Koehler was a little too slow when Francisco Seco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 2-2.
