Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 13 minutes, Alexander Carballo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Prasert Genius players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Costa Rica! Benito Sanz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 45th minute. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by 钱梁广 in the 46th minute. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a Prasert Genius's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 钱梁广 to strike the kick off in the second half. 钱梁广 scored 5-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Prasert Genius's 罗迪笑 got control of the ball when Lautaro Puig tried to sneak it across the goal line. 武霆潮 took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 武霆潮 scored 7-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by 叶镇桑 in the 70th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72ndth minute of the game 钱梁广 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Prasert Genius's 叶镇桑 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 80 minutes into the match, Alexander Carballo sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because 罗迪笑 threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Alexander Carballo this time. 武霆潮 took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. In the 95th minute, 钱梁广 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0.
