Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Charlie Lind took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Templars FC's Oliver Friggieri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Ravelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 11 played minutes, Templars FC's Mark Cuschieri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thomas Ravelli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Templars FC reached it. In the 13th match minute, Templars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keith Haber to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Templars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Lind came free, but Dylan Pizzuto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Templars FC's zone, Jens-Ove Axelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dylan Pizzuto came out of the goal and Jens-Ove Axelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thomas Ravelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keith Haber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noel Cesare's late challenge caught a Segmon IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Noel Cesare helped the player get up and apologised. Noel Cesare hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute of the match, Oliver Friggieri tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thomas Ravelli saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Segmon IF booed when Templars FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve DeGaetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Segmon IF's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Friggieri in the 41st minute of play. Thomas Ravelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Friggieri in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oliver Friggieri made a kick off. Templars FC's Oliver Friggieri got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Segmon IF's zone, Keith Haber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Ravelli came out of the goal and Keith Haber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Templars FC booed when Segmon IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reine Molander didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62ndth minute of the game Oliver Friggieri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Segmon IF's Thomas Ravelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Templars FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Michael Meilak in the 65th minute. The corner led Templars FC's Michael Meilak to fire away a dangerous shot which Thomas Ravelli despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 66th minute Keith Haber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Ravelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joachim Björklund hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliver Friggieri in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Ravelli saved Segmon IF from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Oliver Friggieri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Templars FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Thomas Ravelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Cesare in the 76th minute of the match. Segmon IF's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Friggieri in the 80th minute of play. When Templars FC's Oliver Friggieri in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Segmon IF's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Keith Haber in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Ravelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Segmon IF defense, Keith Haber kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Ravelli. The Segmon IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Ravelli should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Tomas Brolin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Segmon IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Templars FC the free kick. In the 94th match minute, Segmon IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Brolin to maneuver through the defense. Templars FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
