The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gabriel Grubb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Gelmiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 4 minutes HEJA ESLÖV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sergio Ekialde who took care of the corner kick. Victoriano Koldobika was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Nestor Mitxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. HEJA ESLÖV's Björn Wallgren managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sergio Ekialde in the 9 minute of the game. In the 12th minute, Jan-Olof Palm made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Jaen. Gaita´s club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Gabriel Grubb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Dunixi in the 16th minute of play. Gabriel Grubb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Mitxel, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Gabriel Grubb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Mitxel in the 17th minute of the match. Nestor Mitxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Grubb having to interfere. In the 32nd match minute, HEJA ESLÖV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludwig Brun to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, Björn Wallgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HEJA ESLÖV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gaita´s club the free kick. After a rather tough play, HEJA ESLÖV's Björn Wallgren got a free kick in the 39th minute. A collision led to HEJA ESLÖV getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Jan-Olof Palm hit a great ball. Santiago Gelmiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sverker Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fernando Jaen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 minutes, Sebastian Gelmiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaita´s club and the HEJA ESLÖV players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Gaita´s club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Gelmiro to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sergio Ekialde hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Santiago Gelmiro notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of HEJA ESLÖV's Gabriel Grubb. Gabriel Grubb was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Gelmiro in the 60th minute of play forced HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Gabriel Grubb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Per Ljungberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Grubb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Gelmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Gelmiro came free, but Gabriel Grubb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Gelmiro had several of the HEJA ESLÖV's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 69 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-2 score and a disappointed Gabriel Grubb as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Fidel Manilan came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Gaita´s club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Manilan couldn't finish the play. Santiago Gelmiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. HEJA ESLÖV's Gabriel Grubb proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save HEJA ESLÖV from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Leonard Lustig managed to get in a good position for a shot. HEJA ESLÖV's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Lustig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Jaen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 81st minute of the match Sergio Ekialde completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sergio Ekialde a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 87th minute, one of HEJA ESLÖV:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for HEJA ESLÖV. In the 90th minute of the game, Gaita´s club got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. 94 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Gabriel Grubb had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Manilan. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
