In the 29th minute, Carlos Alberto Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Toader Babeș shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Toninho Trancoso but with some difficulty. Pedro de Mendonça hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. A hard shot 35 in the game by Edgar Josan from a close distance when the talented Toninho Trancoso managed to make a qualified save. SC Bertioga's players were relieved. Toninho Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matei Udrescu in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Josan was the one to do the kick off. If Ilie Giosu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute Edgar Josan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toninho Trancoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toninho Trancoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Giosu, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bertioga's zone, David Anghel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toninho Trancoso came out of the goal and David Anghel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Conrado Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Donato Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 played minutes, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Toader Babeș shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Toninho Trancoso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in THE CRYSTAL SHIP reached it. After 72 played minutes SC Bertioga got a freekick which was hit by Donato Oliveira. If Edgar Josan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Josan struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Toninho Trancoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE CRYSTAL SHIP. Toninho Trancoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Agudaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Toninho Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matei Udrescu in the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in THE CRYSTAL SHIP's zone, Pedro de Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavril Turceanu came out of the goal and Pedro de Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Toninho Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Agudaru in the 97th minute of play. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
