In the 12th match minute, Gaita´s club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Dunixi to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Maximino Pudes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Jaen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Sebastian Gelmiro charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Gelmiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Gaita´s club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Gelmiro to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Fidel Manilan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Raimundo Isusko, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ermegildo Gaueko during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ermegildo Gaueko hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Fernando Jaen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaac Tonete went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Maximino Pudes made the kick off in the second half. When Anselmo Dunixi fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaita´s club's protests and gave Anselmo Dunixi a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Gaita´s club got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Dunixi. Victoriano Koldobika received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Raimundo Isusko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaita´s club's Fernando Jaen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Gaita´s club from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Mercedes getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Isaac Tonete hit a great ball. Mercedes's Raimundo Isusko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Gelmiro in the 71st minute of play. Raimundo Isusko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Gelmiro in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Sergio Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Isusko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
