Sabino Carrasqueira scored 1-4 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Jaen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ivan Trindade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Gelmiro in the 92nd minute of play. The Gaita´s club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Esquadrão Lusitano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
