Ruperto Mendez kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, The Skates's goal looked a bit too open when Ni Zhou Hong came free, but Osvald Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 minutes of play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Ruperto Mendez made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvald Albom was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osvald Albom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ni Zhou Hong in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, The Skates's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Mendez came free, but Osvald Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Cugat Marines ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvald Albom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The Skates's Osvald Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cugat Marines in the 29th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Ni Zhou Hong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osvald Albom. The Skates's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ni Zhou Hong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 36 minutes into the match, Cugat Marines notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of The Skates's Osvald Albom. Osvald Albom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cugat Marines scored 0-7 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvald Albom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 46 minutes of play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Ni Zhou Hong made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvald Albom was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddie Mikaelsson to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ruperto Mendez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Osvald Albom was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ni Zhou Hong in the 58th minute of play forced The Skates's goalkeeper Osvald Albom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th play minute Cugat Marines came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Osvald Albom. 0-10. In the 68th minute of the match, Cugat Marines tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Osvald Albom saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The Skates's Osvald Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ni Zhou Hong in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of The Skates booed when ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cugat Marines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marko Olsmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Ni Zhou Hong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvald Albom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cugat Marines, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Ni Zhou Hong received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvald Albom came out and tried to block the shot, but Ni Zhou Hong slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 84th minute. Alvin Billberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xabel Beloki. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Osvald Albom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Mendez in the 95th minute. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO played a much better game than The Skates and deserved their victory. The The Skates players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
