Cornelio Asteri came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by VB-Team's Joaquim de Barros. But to his dismay, Joaquim de Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, VB-Team's Luís Caeiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cornelio Asteri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cornelio Asteri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim de Barros in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Damian Hondo got a free kick in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Joaquim de Barros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cornelio Asteri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hector Terciero hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Cornelio Asteri came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by VB-Team's Gervásio Severiano. But to his dismay, Gervásio Severiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Baristo in the 62nd minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armindo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Baristo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 65 played minutes Guansa got a freekick which was hit by Anier Pedroso. VB-Team made a substitution. Sandro Leitão replaced Qiu Sheng Bang. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Anier Pedroso got a free kick in the 66th minute. A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mattias Jonasson hit a great ball. When Isidoro Baristo fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guansa's protests and gave Isidoro Baristo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Guansa's Isidoro Baristo got a free kick in the 78th minute. Cornelio Asteri was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Luís Caeiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luís Caeiro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. Yu Ke Hong hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. VB-Team's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
