Ovidio Ritchie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Bacete, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Leroy Kluttig could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Maurino Serena however easily saved by the left post. Leroy Kluttig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurino Serena having to interfere. PoWer SC 2K5's Ovidio Ritchie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Alvarez in the 17th minute of play. A.D. Alcorcón's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leroy Antunez in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute Zvonimir Prestin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Zvonimir Prestin came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save A.D. Alcorcón from getting a goal against them. The throw-in from Alexander Brehme in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A.D. Alcorcón's Eriz Acha. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Bacete in the 47th minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Ovidio Ritchie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belo Alvarez made a kick off. Ovidio Ritchie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolo Bacete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, A.D. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Todor in the 78th minute of play. With a little luck, PoWer SC 2K5's Ovidio Ritchie got control of the ball when Belo Alvarez tried to sneak it across the goal line.
