After 2 played minutes Nolmyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Vit Röd. Edgard Bazkoare's late challenge caught a Nolmyra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Bazkoare helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th minute Rein Douwes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Asteri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Nolmyra FC's zone, Eusebio Gartzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hampus Albohm came out of the goal and Eusebio Gartzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 15 minutes into the game, when Serafino Ostots put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Nolmyra FC a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rein Douwes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Guansa's Cornelio Asteri. 0-1. Rein Douwes might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cornelio Asteri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rein Douwes ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rein Douwes in the 21st minute of play forced Guansa's goalkeeper Cornelio Asteri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Asteri came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Nolmyra FC's Rein Douwes. But to his dismay, Rein Douwes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Nolmyra FC booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Bazkoare didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Rein Douwes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nolmyra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 34 played minutes Nolmyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Svante Deckbergh. Cornelio Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Sundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Rein Douwes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 47 played minutes Guansa got a freekick which was hit by Hector Terciero. In the 48th minute, Rein Douwes made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Asteri. Guansa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bror Sundström to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Damian Hondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cornelio Asteri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vit Röd in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Guansa's goal looked a bit too open when Rein Douwes came free, but Cornelio Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64thth minute of the game Bror Sundström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guansa's Cornelio Asteri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 74th play minutes Rein Douwes shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Cornelio Asteri and just under the crossbar into goal. Rein Douwes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Cornelio Asteri when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rein Douwes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cornelio Asteri having to make a save. Guansa's Cornelio Asteri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Guansa from getting a goal against them. 90 minutes into the match, Guansa's goalkeeper Cornelio Asteri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rein Douwes. After some careless play in the Guansa defense, Rein Douwes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cornelio Asteri. The Guansa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cornelio Asteri should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nolmyra FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
