In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Cristian Vladimirescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Damario in the 40th minute of play forced Mochila FC's goalkeeper Frederico Madureira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Vladimirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Laureano, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Mochila FC were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Riesgo Cero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sydney Terra took the corner. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santo Damario couldn't finish the play. Mochila FC's Sílvio Laureano got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frederico Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Damario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Riesgo Cero's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patryk Dziczek in the 82nd minute. After taking down the ball on Riesgo Cero's corner Patryk Dziczek fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Frederico Madureira quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Bart Claveau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Vladimirescu was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 87th minute, Sydney Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Santo Damario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Riesgo Cero defense, Bart Claveau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristian Vladimirescu. The Riesgo Cero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristian Vladimirescu should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mochila FC had played much better football throughout.
