If Aaron Sandalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in PoWer SC 2K5's zone, Aaron Sandalio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Rotariu came out of the goal and Aaron Sandalio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the game, PoWer SC 2K5's Leroy Kluttig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteban José Andrada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leroy Kluttig in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban José Andrada saved Guansa from getting behind. Esteban José Andrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Middendorf in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match, Eloy Aznar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but David Rotariu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Guansa were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after PoWer SC 2K5's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anselmo Txilar took the corner. Esteban José Andrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leroy Kluttig in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute Guansa were awarded a corner. Anselmo Txilar went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leroy Kluttig in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban José Andrada saved Guansa from getting behind. David Rotariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Txilar in the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half PoWer SC 2K5 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aaron Sandalio was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Txilar came free, but David Rotariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Lukas Goretzka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PoWer SC 2K5's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guansa the free kick. Aaron Sandalio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. In the 65th minute Aaron Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rotariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, PoWer SC 2K5's Benny Schweinsteiger got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, Lukas Goretzka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leroy Kluttig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Esteban José Andrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Aaron Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rotariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Eloy Aznar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Rotariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Aznar, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. If Hector Todor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Todor got free with Esteban José Andrada in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hector Todor kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The PoWer SC 2K5 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PoWer SC 2K5 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
