Garrapatita Futbol's Hermengildo Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 7th minute of play. Hermengildo Jaume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hermengildo Jaume in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 16th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hermengildo Jaume quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Salvador Gisbert, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 16 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Hermengildo Jaume was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Garrapatita Futbol's Hermengildo Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Alan Turin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Garrapatita Futbol booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Alan Turin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garrapatita Futbol's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Turin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the match, Fernan Garoa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Garoa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 66 minutes into the match, Garrapatita Futbol's goalkeeper Hermengildo Jaume had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. In the 68th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Alan Turin sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 77th minute Alan Turin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astor Corderun helped the player get up and apologised. Hermengildo Jaume was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tomas Illescas. Garrapatita Futbol were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
