After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kristen Krasmer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Kristen Krasmer in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ataol Toprak in the 91st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 minutes of play, Hvam FC's Bruno Guimarães made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
