Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Salamón Ortuño came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Isidoro Sarmiento might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Salamón Ortuño. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro Sarmiento ran back to his position shaking his head. Salamón Ortuño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Salamón Ortuño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 9th minute of play. Tomas Berganza got in the 10th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Salamón Ortuño handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Floydianos's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Salamón Ortuño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. After 20 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Alguacil. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacindo Farne in the 24th minute. A collision led to Floydianos getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Tinguaro Iturriaga hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Tomas Berganza sped through Floydianos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Salamón Ortuño. After a defensive mix-up in Floydianos's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salamón Ortuño came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 minutes of play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salamón Ortuño was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salamón Ortuño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 47 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacindo Farne to make the kick off. Luis Angel Unda charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Angel Unda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes Floydianos got a freekick which was hit by Luis Angel Unda. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Taurino Tellerias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Taurino Tellerias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Alex Cambeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Floydianos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Taurino Tellerias in the 59th minute. A nice corner shot did that Taurino Tellerias got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcos Cotilla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salamón Ortuño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 62nd minute of play. In the 71st minute, Alesandro Trucios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, one of Floydianos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Floydianos. The referee gave Panama a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Abraham Alguacil, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Floydianos's Salamón Ortuño. 0-5. With his leg Salamón Ortuño managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Panama's Tomas Berganza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salamón Ortuño having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Vivanco in the 86th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
