Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stanislav Dvorskiy made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Resistencia Tayrona FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Stanislav Dvorskiy, making the score, 0-2. After 75 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. Alessandro Manzanal charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alessandro Manzanal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stanislav Dvorskiy having to make a save. Egun Zaballos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egun Zaballos in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Resistencia Tayrona FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Chale Galanes hit a great ball. After 94 minutes, Leonides Rioja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Resistencia Tayrona FC and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Resistencia Tayrona FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Rioja. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
